At Music Bits, we receive regular deliveries from our suppliers to ensure we can keep our shelves stocked with the instruments and accessories you need. Deliveries arrive most weekdays from our main suppliers. Here's what you need to know about our delivery schedule.

Stock Processing

Once we receive a delivery, our team works quickly to process new stock:

• Items are checked and logged into our inventory system
• Products are made available on our website in real-time
• Most items are shelf-ready within 2-4 hours of delivery

Special Orders

If you've placed a special order for an item we don't normally stock, we'll contact you as soon as it arrives. Special orders typically arrive within 5-7 working days, depending on supplier availability.

Stock Updates

Our website shows real-time stock availability, so you can always see what's in stock at our shop. If an item shows as out of stock, check back after our next delivery day or contact us for an estimated restock date.
