Shipping policy
We send all items by a tracked form of delivery to ensure full traceability from the moment your order leaves our store to the moment it arrives at your specified address. All items are covered by insurance during transit. Please bear in mind that this form of postage is slightly more expensive than that offered by some sellers. However, our preferred method gives everyone peace of mind.
All items are dispatched the same day, providing that your order is placed before 1.00 pm on a business day. Orders placed after the cut off will be shipped the following day. We aim to provide estimated delivery times for every order but cannot guarantee that this will be met by a third party Courier service. The accuracy of estimated delivery times can be affected by a number of factors beyond our control.
Most Carriers will notify you in advance of your delivery day and time window where applicable. It is the buyers' responsibility to ensure that there is someone at the specified address to receive non-postable items when the delivery arrives.
If a Carrier is unable to make the delivery they will generally reattempt to delivery the following working day. In some instances, where a number of unsuccessful delivery attempts have been made, the Carrier may return the item to their warehouse and request that it be collected by the addressee. In such cases, it is down to the buyer to collect the item. Uncollected items are generally returned to sender after 30 days.
We use a number of third party shipping services and you will be able to select from the available options (where applicable) upon checkout. Once an item leaves our store, we have no control over the actions of a third party Courier service but they will notify you automatically of your items progress.
We aim to provide a reliable and professional service to our customers. We keep records of all transactions along with proof of posting and delivery. Any fraudulent or suspicious activity will be taken seriously and reported to the relevant authority.
We do not tolerate aggressive, abusive or threatening behaviour towards our staff. We reserve the right not to respond to communication of this nature or excessive volumes of communication on the same subject, which will be treated as SPAM.
Occasionally, things do go wrong and we will do everything we can to help. Parcels can go astray or become damaged by the courier service. We are all human and make mistakes. However, because we are human we can rectify those mistakes whenever possible. Should you encounter any problems, our staff are here to assist you in any way that we can.
Please inspect your item upon delivery and notify us immediately if there is a problem. In the event of damage, please retain any damaged packing materials and take photographs before and after opening wherever possible.
