The Kala Contour Deluxe builds on the elegance and success of the original Contour series lineup with even more aesthetic and tonal enhancements, which bring together classic and modern ukulele style philosophies. The reimagined slotted headstock design and contoured comfort edge return in these models, and new features include a beautiful abalone purfling on the front and back of the instrument.
These new iterations of the Contour line also use a lattice bracing on the sound board of the instrument, which allows for a thinner top, and increases volume and overall dynamics.
Sonic improvements continue with an additional soundport on the side, which grants great tonal response for the player’s ears.
